Shaun Berry Oakley is a bassist, guitarist, drummer, songwriter, and recording artist rooted in the traditions of blues, Southern rock, soul, country, and improvisational music.

The grandson of Allman Brothers Band founding bassist Berry Oakley and son of bassist Berry Duane Oakley, Shaun carries a remarkable musical legacy while developing a sound and career uniquely his own.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Sarasota Florida, Shaun eventually made his way to Macon, Georgia, becoming part of the city’s thriving music community. His career includes live performance, studio recording, original music, and collaborations throughout the Southern roots and blues scene.

MUSIC

Shaun released his full-length album Wild Man in 2022, featuring 12 original songs including Rock and Roll Beauty Queen, Rising Sun, The Painter, and Used to Be a King.
